Territory Sales Manager – HVAC

Our client, an HVAC distributor in Canada, is looking for an experienced and motivated Territory Sales Manager to join their team. This role focuses on driving sales and building new and strong relationships in the Kingston, Belleville and Ottawa areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent the company professionally to new and existing clients in the territory
  • Conduct sales calls and deliver presentations both in person and virtually (Microsoft Teams/Zoom).
  • Build and maintain relationships with HVAC wholesalers, contractors, mechanical engineers, and developers/builders.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of HVAC sales and business development experience (experience in HVAC wholesale is a strong asset).
  • Strong verbal, written, and communication skills.
