Territory Sales (Perak)

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and yearly target given and set by the management.
• Prepare monthly forecast.
• Responsible for the arrangement of logistic support and advice for collection as well as sending samples to Kualiti Alam Sdn. Bhd / Cenviro Recycling & Recovery.
• To follow up on debts collection.
• To communicate effectively with Logistics department, Credit department and Waste Management Centre.
• Process rebate applications and other reports requested by Regional Sales Manager.
• Develop and maintain good relationship with customers, DOE and the Government sectors.
• To follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity in designated territory.
• To identify potential waste generators.
• To meet customers' requirements (i.e: to handle customer complaints, demands, issues & etc)
