About the Role
:
Collaborate with HR operations and business stakeholders to gather and analyse payroll and HR business processes and system requirements.Design, develop, execute and maintain manual and automated test cases and scenarios validating payroll, HRMS and related integrations.Implement and maintain automation scripts using Selenium or equivalent frameworks where appropriate.Integrate test cases, test suites and automated runs into Azure DevOps (ADO) Test Plans for structured execution, reporting and auditability.Log, track and manage defects in ADO (or agreed defect management tooling), ensuring clear communication with development and HR teams.Support regression testing cycles, release verification and continuous integration pipelines to maintain system stability across payroll/HR releases and upgrades.Maintain comprehensive test documentation (test plans, cases, results, defect records) to suppor...
