Test Analyst (Salesforce)

Job Description

Under general direction of the Head of TPA and Affinity Systems, the Test Analyst is an integral role that will be working with in‑house applications and communicating to a wide range of users. The Test Analyst will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing test cases while maintaining regular updates on their progress to ensure projects complete in the expected time frames.

Responsibilities

• Performs detailed manual testing of bespoke in‑house applications using industry standard techniques.
• Assists in execution and maintenance of automated tests.
• Documents software faults and liaises with developers until the software is ready for release.
• Arranges User Acceptance Testing, as requested.
• Enhances and updates the library of test scripts and user documentation for all applications.
• Ensures that systems meet the agreed acceptance criteria.
