Job Title- Senior Staff Engineer (Testing Architect)

Location- Bengaluru

Experience- 10-12 years

We are looking for a senior Testing Subject Matter Expert (SME) with 10+ years of experience to

architect, build, and scale reusable testing frameworks for a cloud-native infrastructure platform.

The role requires strong hands-on coding in Java and Python, deep experience with Kubernetes and

Azure or OpenShift, and the ability to integrate testing seamlessly into CI/CD pipelines using

GitHub Actions.

The candidate will define testing strategy and standards, drive adoption of platform-wide

frameworks across multiple engineering teams, and collaborate closely with senior engineers and

leadership to elevate overall testing maturity.

This is a hands-on, ownership-driven role focused on building testing platforms, not just automated

test cases.

Skillset

• Strong Java & Python hands-on coding for reusable testing frameworks.

• Proven experience with Kubernetes and Azure or OpenShift platforms.

• Hands-on exposure to E2E, performance, chaos/resilience, and CI/CD testing.

• Track record of driving framework adoption across multiple engineering teams
