Test Architect/ Test Automation Specialist

About the Role

We are hiring a hands-on Test Automation specialist Lead to build and scale automation across Oracle enterprise applications You will design robust BDD frameworks in Java SeleniumCucumber Playwright Tricentis TOSCA integrate them into CICD pipelines Azure DevOps Jenkins and collaborate closely with Oracle functional and engineering teams

Key Responsibilities

Framework Automation

• Design implement and maintain scalable test automation frameworks using Java Selenium WebDriver Cucumber BDD and related libraries
• Create maintainable page object module-based test suites enforce coding standards reviews and reusability
• Experience in Tricentis TOSCA

Oracle Functional Validation

• Translate business flows in Oracle Cloud Oracle EBS eg HCM Finance R2R SCM P2PO2C CRM EPM into executable test scenarios
• Validate integrations reports and security roles support patch regression cycles

CICD Tooling

• Set up and optimize CICD for continuous testing eg Azure DevOps Jenkins GitHub Actions enable parallel headless and scheduled runs
• Integrate test results dashboards and quality gates own pipeline health and stability

Quality Engineering Practices

• Champion BDDTDD risk-based testing test data strategy and traceability from requirements to defects JIRA ADO
• Drive API testing eg REST Assured Postman SoapUI data validation and cross browser testing

Team Leadership Collaboration

• Lead a small squad 46 engineers plan sprints assign work mentor and uplift automation maturity
• Partner with product owners developers and architects communicate clearly with business stakeholders

Governance Continuous Improvement

• Define coverage metrics report KPIs perform RCA on failures continually improve reliability and execution speed

Job Requirements:

• Over 8 years’ experience with strong programming skills in Java deep expertise in Selenium WebDriver and Cucumber BDD.
• Key Skills Java, Selenium, Cucumber, Oracle SaaS, CICD, Tosca Test Architecture
• Proven experience automating Oracle business processes any module HCM FIN SCM CRM EPM
• Experience with Oracle patch impact analysis and regression strategy
• Hands on with CICD setup and maintenance Azure DevOps Jenkins GitGitHub
• Tricentis Tosca certification AS1AS2 or higher practical use of Tosca for enterprise apps
• Exposure to test data design Tosca TCDTDS accessibility security testing and performance basics
• Solid experience with JIRA and or Azure DevOps ADO for work management and traceability
• Excellent communication skills written verbal ability to present quality status to leadership
• Experience in team management mentoring within Agile Scrum Kanban environments

Nice to Have

• API test automation Postman REST Assured SoapUI service virtualization or data driven testing
• Familiarity with Docker Kubernetes fundamentals for pipeline execution
