Job Description
The Test Engineer shall be responsible for validation and verification of various software products. Software Test Engineer will be involved from initial development until the final release of the products – ensuring that all software requirements are tested before the product is released to the customers, while adhering to Advanced Energy’s policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
Execute manual and automated unit and functionality tests for various software products using black box, white box and gray box approach.Create and ensure that test plan covers all software requirements.Develop and set-up test environment (i.e. software testing tools, automated test equipment, etc.) to be used for testing.Create test cases and test scripts to be used for test automation.Report issues/defects found during testing and collaborate with software development and other team interfaces on how these reported issues can be ...
