Job Description
Required Skills & Experience
- Hands-on experience testing insurance billing workflows (e.G., premium payments, commissions, cancellations, reinstatements, refunds, batch cycles)
- Proven experience designing and building test automation solutions across both frontend and backend systems
- Experience automating tests for integrations, APIs, downstream applications, and batch processing
- Proficiency with UI automation tools (Playwright preferred;
Cypress or Selenium acceptable)
- Experience with API testing tools (Postman, SoapUI, or similar)
- Ability to validate backend and batch data using SQL
- Working knowledge of CI/CD concepts and how automated tests integrate into delivery pipelines (hands-on setup is not required)
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Experience testing Majesco Billing or other Majesco insurance platforms
