Test Automation Software Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and implement automation scripts using Copado Robotic Testing (CRT) to streamline testing workflows.
• Monitor and enhance test automation scripts to accommodate changing system requirements and improve performance.
• Design and develop comprehensive test cases to evaluate user experience, functionality, and performance across portals.
• Conduct testing in lower environments to validate system functionality and ensure optimal user satisfaction.
• Execute test cases, analyze results, and report key findings and progress to relevant stakeholders.
• Create and manage JIRA tickets for issues identified during test execution, ensuring timely resolution.
• Collaborate with platform and engineering teams to implement CRT updates and maintain the stability of the test environment.
• Schedule and run test suites in alignment with product release cycles and hotfix schedules.
