Job Description We are seeking a TSN (Time-Sensitive Networking) Test Automation Lead to drive automation framework design, development, and validation of TSN-based Industrial Ethernet devices. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Python test automation, TSN/Ethernet protocols, and industrial communication systems, with proven experience leading test teams and ensuring product conformance to IEEE and industrial standards.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead the automation framework design and development using Python (pytest, Robot Framework, or custom frameworks).
• Develop and execute automated test scripts for TSN protocols (IEEE 802.1AS, Qbv, Qbu, Qci, Qcc, Qav) and industrial Ethernet (Profinet, EtherNet/IP, OPC UA TSN).
• Perform functional, performance, latency, synchronization, and redundancy testing of industrial network devices and switches.
• Define and implement test strategy, coverage metrics, and automation roadmap for TSN-enabled industrial products.
• Use network analysis tools such as Wireshark, Scapy, Ostinato, Spirent, or Ixia for traAic generation and packet inspection.
• Validate clock synchronization and time accuracy using IEEE 1588 PTP tools.
• Collaborate with firmware, network, and systems teams to diagnose and resolve TSN related performance issues.
• Mentor and guide automation engineers, review scripts, and enforce automation best practices.
• Document test architecture, test cases, results, and issue traceability.
