Test & Commissioning Engineer

Overview

General Description: ADComms are installing a new first of its kind Digital OPO CCTV System with the London Underground environment as part of the DTUP (Deep Tube Upgrade Programme).

The Engineer must be skilled in installation, test, and commissioning of either Track to Train Leaky Feeder Radio systems or OPO CCTV systems in metro environments and have a working understanding of basic switched networks, IP addressing schemes and the testing of fibre optic connectivity. The Engineer should equally be prepared to work in either multiskilled teams or across technologies not normally their main field of expertise once familiarity has been provided or gained through working experience.

The Engineer could be required to work on the initial development of testing to test the system in the test lab at the ADC offices in Coulsdon, on site at the rolling stock companies Lab and Test Track in Germany or on site at any of the installed systems site locations....
