Test Coordination Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

• Interpret and translate customer instructions into clear internal work instructions, ensuring alignment with quotations, specifications and referenced standards.
• Provide technical input to the Sales Administration Department to ensure accurate scoping of quotations and work orders.
• Liaise with customers to clarify test requirements, provide technical advice, and address queries related to sample preparation, testing methods, and turnaround times.
• Coordinate job scheduling between the Workshop and Test Departments, ensuring timely prioritization and readiness of samples.
• Support process improvements by reviewing SOPs and contributing to training and development initiatives for junior staff and workshop teams.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Materials Science or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in a laboratory operating under ISO/IEC 17025:2017....
