About Company:

The Operations facility is well equipped with Static Dissipative flooring, Wrist Straps & Grounding Equipments which are under the ESD Controls. The environment has a class 100,000 clean room with a Temperature of (°C): 23 + / - 2 & Humidity (%): 55 + / - 5, with ample room to expand further.

Job Description

Position : "Test Development Engineer"

Location : Singapore

Experience : 3+years

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for ATE Test Program development, digital characterization test, design and debug of ATE test interface HW (load board), releasing cost effective production test solutions into mass production, and test time reduction activities for Digital and Mixed Signal tests.

Skills:

• Knowledge of Semiconductor manufacturing process 
• Solid understanding of electronics engineering fundamentals, design for debug, design for test, digital/analog, mixed-signal, power management (PMIC) and/or RF test methodologies and circuit analysis techniques. Knowledge of Linux and/or UNIX 
• Strong software skills for writing and debugging test code. Competency in programming with Perl and C/C++ 
• Experience working on Digital and Mixed Signal test programs for both final test and wafer probe. RF and PMIC test experience is a plus. 
• Hands on experience with Automated Test Equipment (ATE), preferably Advantest 93K. Other platforms like Advantest T2000, Teradyne ETS364 also can apply. 
• Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques, quality and reliability testing. 
• Good ASIC device level characterization skills. System level knowledge is a plus 
• Able to work with common test equipment (oscilloscope, spectrum analyzer, time interval analyzer, logic analyzer, network analyzer, etc.) 
• Able to work independently and with good initiative to overcome technical challenges. 
• Strong verbal and written communications skills with suppliers and customers. 

Qualifications

Education Requirements 

•  Bachelors of Engineering (BE) in Electrical or Electronics engineering 
• Masters of Science / Engineering (MSc/ME) in VLSI, Microelectronics
