Test Engineer 2

Genesis10 is seeking a Test Engineer 2. This is an on-site 4-month contract position with a client located in San Diego, CA. Compensation: $50.00-55.00/HR W2 Requirements: Maintain R&D manufacturing equipment, coordinating preventative maintenance and calibrations. Design and iterate equipment components for existing and Client sensor manufacturing equipment. Design and iterate sensor testing components for existing and Client sensor functional test equipment. Solve critical engineering challenges related to hardware and electrical testing Utilize in-house and out-of-house machine shops to fabricate parts per defined requirements. Execute well-designed experiments to assess suitability of designed parts, and critically review the work of others in pursuit of manufacturing and test excellence. Draft and edit formal documents related to equipment. Gather and summarize efficiency or quality observations, contributing to continuous process improvement of commercialized equipment. Required ...
