THE ROLE
We are seeking an experienced test engineer to join our quality assurance team, focusing on delivering high-quality, reliable software through advanced automated testing practices. The ideal candidate will specialize in automated scripting, UI testing, and accessibility testing to ensure our UUX Web-Based Application (Workbench) products meet the highest standards of performance, usability, and inclusivity.
OPPORTUNITIES Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for functional, regression, and end-to-end testing. Conduct comprehensive UI testing and accessibility testing to ensure compliance with industry standards (., WCAG). Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for seamless execution. Collaborate with development and product teams to identify test requirements, report defects, and verify fixes. Analyze test results, provide detailed reports, and contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes. Stay updated on emerging testing tools and best practices in a UUX Web-Based Application (Workbench) environment. In addition to testing responsibilities, the tester will actively participate in the development of enhancements, serving in a combined tester and developer role. SKILLS Minimum 2+ Years of Relevant Experience. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related discipline. Proven experience in automated testing with expertise in scripting and framework development. Strong proficiency in leading automation tools, including Cypress, Playwright, and Selenium WebDriver (or Web Test Driver variants). Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins. Familiarity with accessibility testing tools and methodologies (., TSSAF or similar frameworks). Solid understanding of UUX web-based application (Workbench) testing, including web-based UI/UX validation. Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in an agile environment. Exposure to the Temenos UUX framework and Transact knowledge is preferable. Previous work in financial services or banking software testing.
