- Develop and implement test strategies, plans, and procedures for electronic products manufactured at the Juarez facility in alignment with customer specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Engineering Production, Production, Program Management, Supply Chain/Warehouse and Quality Assurance to ensure effective integration of testing processes into the product life-cycle.
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test systems and equipment to streamline testing processes and enhance efficiency.
- Conduct thorough analysis of test results and provide timely feedback to relevant stakeholders, including recommendations for process improvements and corrective actions.
