Overview
We are seeking a Test Engineer to join a leading aerospace company working on cutting-edge space systems. This role provides the opportunity to work on electronics testing, PCB validation, and radiation-hardened systems, contributing directly to mission-critical hardware.
Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and maintain test plans for electronic hardware, including PCB-level testing down to component level.
- Ensure compliance with space and radiation regulations, meeting stringent aerospace standards.
- Automate test procedures using Python and other scripting tools to improve efficiency and repeatability.
- Analyse test data, diagnose failures, and recommend corrective actions.
Skills & Experience / Qualifications
- Hands-on experience testing PCBs and electronic assemblies at component level.
- Knowledge of radiation effects on electronics and mitigation techniques.
