Test Engineer

Develop, optimize, and maintain ICT and other functional test programs to ensure accurate and efficient PCB testing.

Perform test debug and troubleshooting of failed units to identify root causes (hardware, software, or test setup issues).

Analyze test yield data and implement corrective actions to improve production yield and reduce test escapes.

Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and quality teams to enhance test coverage and reliability.

Evaluate and recommend test equipment, fixtures, and methodologies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Lead failure analysis (FA) and provide feedback to design teams for product improvements.

Document test procedures, debug guides, and best practices for knowledge sharing.
