Test Engineer

Provide technical support and continuous improvement for testing processes at CM factories

Lead the setup and maintenance of test environments based on defined test plans

Assist NPI engineers and test development engineers in completing DFT (Design for Testability) evaluations

Lead detailed analysis and accurate diagnosis of issues identified during testing; collaborate with developers to resolve defects

Analyze functional failures during the testing phase and propose corrective actions Recommend further product improvements and evaluate the feasibility of proposed solutions

Summarize and perform statistical analysis of test results; track testing progress and provide feedback

Manage and maintain CM test tools, automation systems, and networked test environments

Support automation engineers in the development and implementation of automated testing technologies.
