Job Description Job Description Job Title: Motor Test Engineer Job Description We are seeking an experienced Motor Test Engineer to support our motor validation and UL certification efforts. This role will address a significant backlog of motor testing while developing scalable processes and infrastructure for future testing needs. The ideal candidate will work independently to execute UL test protocols, analyze results, and drive improvements to our dynamometer test systems. Responsibilities Independently execute the full suite of UL motor tests, including Rated Load, Pre-Overload, Overload, Locked Rotor, Winding Resistance, Rating, and Dielectric tests. Perform motor characterization testing to establish operational limits through stepped load procedures. Analyze test data to identify anomalies, performance issues, and potential safety hazards.
