Responsibilities
- Independently perform complex testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of machines and automation systems, ensuring high quality and reliability.
- Develop, review, and optimize detailed test plans, procedures, and work instructions to improve test effectiveness and efficiency.
- Collaborate proactively with mechanical, vision, software, and quality teams to resolve technical issues and implement robust solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to Level 1 Test Engineers and technicians, fostering skills development and knowledge sharing.
- Support and evaluate customer modification requests, providing expert advice and implementing approved changes.
- Lead and coordinate testing activities in projects, ensuring timely deliverables and meeting quality standards.
- Analyze test data, identify trends, and drive root cause analysis and corrective action to improve product and process quality.
