- Supervises Engineers of specific areas and/or teams.
- Supervise the implementation of methods and procedures for the maintenance and calibration of test equipment.
- Supervise troubleshooting on test equipment.
- Help engineers solve equipment-related problems.
- Monitor the inventory of spare parts and support equipment.
- Supervise downtime on test equipment as much as possible.
- Monitoring of test equipment updates, both hardware and software.
- Process improvement projects.
- Establish an environment for risk-taking, innovation, and socially responsive behavior.
- Achievement of budgetary objectives.
- Establish and maintain a proper link between product planning and manufacturing.
