Test Engineering Head

The Test Engineering Head role exists to define and lead the enterprise-wide quality and test engineering strategy, ensuring reliable, compliant, and business-ready technology solutions. The role combines strategic leadership with test architecture ownership, including designing scalable test frameworks, setting automation and non-functional standards, and embedding modern practices such as AI-led testing.

Job Responsibilities

• Define enterprise-wide test architecture and engineering standards.
• Define test strategies across functional and non-functional areas.
