Creating automated test software to control test equipment and execute test plansDeveloping measurement automation using C++, C# along with custom toolsSupporting test fixture and/or probe card design activities including PCB design and layoutMeasuring product using test equipment like DC source/measure units, oscilloscopes, and spectrum analyzersProcessing, verifying, and analyzing the measured data; producing clear and concise presentations and reportsAssisting product teams with troubleshooting and resolution of die sort test issues and yield excursions.Yield improvement, cost reduction, throughput improvements while maintaining high quality. Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a BS, MS, or PhD in Electrical Engineering or Computer EngineeringMinimum GPA of 3.0Analog/RF circuit design coursework and/or experience
