We are hiring an experienced Test Manager (R&D) to lead testing initiatives for LTE, LTE-Advanced, and 5G NR Mobile Radio Tester solutions in a strong R&D environment.

This is a leadership role for someone passionate about quality, testing strategy, and advanced wireless technologies .

What You’ll Do

• Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers and testers
• Define and own test strategies, plans, and execution
• Drive functional, regression, performance, and UAT testing
• Manage defect tracking and resolution processes
• Ensure best practices in QA, automation, CI/CD
• Collaborate with R&D, Product, and cross-functional teams
• Provide testing status, risk, and quality metrics
• Continuously improve test processes and tools

What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years in LTE / LTE-A / 5G NR protocol testing
• 5+ years in a Test Manager / Test Lead role
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and automation
• Experience with Agile & DevOps environments
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with protocol simulators (e.g., CMX500 or similar) is a plus
• ISTQB Advanced / Test Management certification is a plus
