We are hiring an experienced Test Manager (R&D) to lead testing initiatives for LTE, LTE-Advanced, and 5 G NR Mobile Radio Tester solutions in a strong R&D environment.
This is a leadership role for someone passionate about quality, testing strategy, and advanced wireless technologies.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers and testers
- Define and own test strategies, plans, and execution
- Drive functional, regression, performance, and UAT testing
- Manage defect tracking and resolution processes
- Ensure best practices in QA, automation, CI/CD
- Collaborate with R&D, Product, and cross-functional teams
- Provide testing status, risk, and quality metrics
- Continuously improve test processes and tools
