Senior QA Lead: Strategy, Automation

A leading software solutions company in Dubai is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Lead to develop and implement QA strategies , manage testing activities, and guide QA engineers.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and have 6–10 years of experience, including leadership roles. As a QA Lead , you will ensure that products meet quality standards and promote a culture of continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science or Information Technology.


• At least 6-10 years of experience with significant time spent on lead/managerial roles;

The ability to communicate effectively at all levels within the organization;
