Test Engineering Manager

Responsible for the overall execution of Power Test Engineering Group which is to assess, evaluate, implement and document test procedures and methods for power devices product testing and ensure that it conforms with customer test specifications and requirements.

Provide optimum test solutions and continuous improvement through the effective management of people, systems, procedures and resources to assure the integrity and quality of units produced and delivered by Power Business Group

Drive innovation and continuous improvement within Test Engineering Group by harnessing modern technologies in the areas of systems, methodologies and processes
