Test & Evaluation Manager

We are seeking an experienced Test and Evaluation Manager to provide specialist ALSE Test and Evaluation services in support of CAF27 acquisition objectives. This role is responsible for shaping, leading, and assuring T&E activities across a range of aircraft life support equipment projects, ensuring capability outcomes are delivered safely, effectively, and in line with Commonwealth expectations.

The position sits within a dedicated ALSE management unit operating from SILSPO and works closely with engineering, project management, and operational stakeholders. It is well suited to a senior aeronautical or systems engineer with strong test and evaluation experience and the confidence to lead both delivery and capability uplift.
