Test Lead – Automotive Solutions

Key Responsibilities:

• Test Coordination & Execution

1. Lead and coordinate testing activities across multiple domains, including hardware,
2. software, mechanical, cloud/backend, mobile applications, and vehicle
3. compatibility.
4. Oversee end-to-end feature testing, OTA testing, compatibility testing, and device
5. functionality validation for multiple projects and customers.
6. Ensure timely test execution, result analysis, and report publication.

• Test Automation & Debugging

1. Experience with test automation frameworks (Python preferred) is an added advantage.
2. Analyze logs and investigate issues reported during testing or by customers as part of RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) or Field Application Engineering.
3. Provide live debugging support for new feature development and change requests.
   
   Key Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or a related field.
• 8–10 years of software testing experience, with at least 2 years in a Test Lead role.
• Strong understanding of automotive product validation and system testing methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with vehicle compatibility testing.
• Experience in coordinating multi-disciplinary test teams and engaging with Program
• Management.
• Willingness to provide on-ground support for in-vehicle testing and critical launches.
• Valid driving license and vehicle driving skills.
• Experience with automotive product validation (e.g., Dashcams, Telematics devices).
• Familiarity with CAN simulation tools and test automation frameworks.
• Experience in working with different Automotive OEMs.
