Test Lead

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and hands-on Test Lead with a strong foundation in Python and test automation frameworks, particularly Robot Framework, to drive quality across our automation initiatives. This role demands a leader who can architect robust testing solutions, mentor QA engineers, and actively contribute to automation codebases for both application and RPA testing scenarios.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of QA engineers across manual, automated, and RPA testing domains.

• Design, implement, and maintain automated test suites using Robot Framework and Playwright.

• Build and manage custom Python-based libraries to support automation and tooling.

• Own the end-to-end test automation architecture including CI integration, environment setup, and test data management.

• Leverage Poetry for Python dependency and environment management.
