We need a LATAM based Cypress, Typescript automation engineer. Description is listed below: Countries: Costa Rica, Argentina (not preferred), Uruguay, Mexico, Colombia Rate: Up to $49 hourly Length : Ongoing - some have billed 2-3 years Location Nearshore Languages English Experience 4-8 years Senior QA, DEPT Responsibilities - Lead the design and implementation of test strategies and plans - Mentor and guide mid-level and junior QA engineers - Develop and maintain automated test frameworks using Cypress (heavy, proficient user), Jmeter, and Postman - Conduct code reviews and provide feedback on testability and quality - Analyze test results and provide recommendations for improvements - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle - Drive the adoption of best practices and continuous improvement in QA processes - Act as a subject matter expert in software testing and quality assurance Tech skills Soft Skills - E...
