Key Responsibilities
* Conduct Network Testing of VoIP, SIP-based services, and cloud migration projects.
* Test Strategy & Execution: Design, implement, and maintain comprehensive test strategies for release upgrades, regression suites, and new feature validation.
* Application Testing: Validate functionality and performance of applications integrated with Cisco BroadWorks, including:
(Webex,Go Cara,Call Centre,Kakapo)
* Device Configuration & Testing: Configure and perform full functionality testing of IP devices on Cisco BroadWorks Servers, including:
Yealink phones,Polycom phones,Cisco IP Phones,AudioCodes devices,Fax machines
* Troubleshooting & Analysis: Identify and resolve configuration/network issues using advanced tools such as:
Wireshark,SVMP,Ativa tracing tools
* Functional & API Testing: Execute functional test cases and API-level validations to ensure system reliability and performa...
