Test Lead (Katalon)

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Working with EY, you will partner with clients to deliver quality assurance across innovative digital solutions, modernizing systems, processes, and platforms to ensure performance, reliability, and scalability in a rapidly evolving landscape.

Your key responsibilities:

• Provide leadership, coaching and oversight for the QA/test team: delegate tasks, set priorities, monitor progress, conduct regular one‑on‑one meetings and support individual professional growth.
• Establish the test strategy and corresponding test plan: define scope, objectives, testing levels, techniques, needed resources and environments.
• Create, maintain and enhance test standards, processes, templates and best practices; champion continuous improvement efforts within the QA discipline.
• Estimate the effort required for testing activities, identify resource needs (personnel, tools, environment...
