**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled Test Lead with 8 to 10 years of experience in Manual Accessibility Testing Test Maturity Models TypeScript JavaScript and more. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Property & Casualty Insurance and will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can work effectively in a day shift environment.
**Responsibilities**
+ Lead the testing efforts for software projects ensuring high-quality deliverables.
+ Oversee manual accessibility testing to ensure compliance with industry standards.
+ Implement and manage Test Maturity Models to enhance testing processes.
+ Utilize TypeScript and JavaScript to develop and execute test scripts.
+ Analyze test metrics and reporting to identify areas for improvement.
+ Employ various testing tools and frameworks to streamline testing activities.
+ Conduct manual end-to-end business process assurance to validate system functionality.
+ Perform mainframe testing to ensure system stability and performance.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align testing strategies with project goals.
+ Provide detailed test reports and documentation to stakeholders.
+ Ensure testing activities align with the Property & Casualty Insurance domain requirements.
+ Adapt to the hybrid work model balancing remote and in-office responsibilities.
+ Maintain a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
**Qualifications**
+ Possess strong experience in Manual Accessibility Testing and Test Maturity Models.
+ Demonstrate proficiency in TypeScript and JavaScript for test development.
+ Have a solid understanding of test metrics and reporting techniques.
+ Experience with various testing tools and frameworks is essential.
+ Knowledge of manual end-to-end business process assurance is required.
+ Mainframe testing experience is a must.
+ Familiarity with the Property & Casualty Insurance domain is mandatory.
**Certifications Required**
ISTQB Advanced Level Test Manager Certified Professional in Accessibility Core Competencies (CPACC)
