Location - Mumbai

Must-Have Responsibilities

• Functional, Automation, and Web testing experience (8+ years overall, 5+ years in automation).
• Selenium Automation with Java as the primary skill.
• Designing and building Selenium Test Automation Frameworks (hands-on expertise is mandatory).
• Managing complex projects that implement automation frameworks and integrate with CI/CD pipelines.
• Team leadership : oversee and manage multiple automation testers.
• Defining automation strategy and framework , enhancing it based on industry best practices.
• Tool selection and administration for test automation and integration.
• Executing automation strategy , defining metrics, and driving process improvements.
• Providing technical leadership and mentoring to QA professionals.
• Implementing enterprise-wide standards and process guidelines for effective tool usage.
• Documenting and tracking test scripts in JIRA , with automated reporting and dashboards.
• Integrating automation suite with DevOps pipeline and ensuring maintenance.
• Hands-on exposure to API Testing Automation .
• Strong Agile methodology experience and ability to design detailed test cases.
• Ability to work independently and bring innovative approaches to automation.
• Location requirement : Based in Mumbai and willing to work onsite.

Good-to-Have Responsibilities

• Cypress automation testing experience.
• Non-functional testing : benchmark, load, stress, endurance.
• Ability to read and interpret application logs for system behavior.
• Exposure to information security practices .
