Test Lead (POLISY Migration Testing)

Thakral One is looking for a Test Lead (POLISY Migration Testing) to manage migration test cycles, coordinate environments and teams, and ensure all components meet quality and release standards.

The Role.

• Lead test strategy and planning for POLISY components migration (Enterprise Server, DB2, Control-M, LRS/VPSX, ADLDS) including environment coordination for Dev and ASM/SYS
• Manage test phases execution (component, integration, system) and establish quality gates, metrics, and acceptance criteria for each component
• Oversee test team activities, coordinate with stakeholders (Dev, Infrastructure, Security), and lead defect management process
• Direct test automation strategy and ensure compliance with testing standards for security, performance, and environment management
• Own test deliverables including strategy documents, status reports, metrics dashboards, and releaserecommendation
