Job Description
Overview
We are seeking an experienced Test Lead with strong expertise in Telecom OSS/BSS testing, SAP application testing, and proven leadership in managing QA delivery for complex software projects. The ideal candidate will have 5-6+ years of experience, including leading multi-vendor teams, driving test strategy, and ensuring quality across functional, integration, and end-to-end testing phases.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive test strategy, planning, and execution for Telecom OSS/BSS and SAP projects.
- Lead a team of testers (manual and automation) across multiple vendors and geographies.
- Ensure functional testing, integration testing, and end-to-end (E2E) testing coverage for all critical business processes.
- Oversee automation initiatives using Selenium, UiPath/RPA, and enterprise tools like SAP Test Suite or TOSCA.
- Manage test environments, data preparation, and defect triage across multiple systems.
