Our client is an established semiconductor manufacturer and they are currently looking for a Test Maintenance Manager to be based in the Melaka plant.

Job Purpose

Ensure the overall performance of testing machines & equipment on the production floor. Manage a big team of maintenance engineers and technicians, troubleshoot machine malfunctions, isolate failure mechanisms and repair them in the most cost‑effective manner.

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain a complete set of records for equipment and parts inventory purchases, equipment conditions, costs of repairs and preventive maintenance for all equipment.
• Drive the equipment engineering team to improve performance, quality, cost, cycle time and manufacturing robustness of test equipment.
• Oversee the general management and maintenance of equipment, repair and storage functions, including fire control and electronics equipment.
