Experience Required: 10+ Years
Required Qualifications
- 10 to 12 years of progressive experience in software testing and quality assurance
- Minimum 5+ years in test management or testing program management roles
- Proven track record of leading enterprise-wide testing transformations and adoption initiatives
- Experience managing large-scale, complex programs across multiple geographies and teams
- Hands-on experience with digital transformation projects (Cloud, DevOps, Agile, Microservices)
- Experience in enterprise adoption and change management for testing tools and practices
- Background in managing both waterfall and Agile/DevOps testing environments
