Test Manager

Technical Background:

• Degree in Informatics or related areas:

• Understand the project’s methodology;

• Knowledge of the test methodology principles and vocabulary (ISTQB);

• Experience in testing applications for life insurance or banking products ( desirable);

Language Skills:

• French – Mandatory

Soft Skills:

• Essential:

o French language; o Minimum 10 years’ experience in Test activities;

o Able to manage a portfolio of projects within an Agile context;

o Able to manage test automation activities within a CI/CD environment o Able to manage different test teams under his portfolio scope; o Good communication skills knowing how to adapt to different interlocuters (Sponsors, project managers, test leaders, developers, …)

o Risk identification and follow-up;

o Coordination and motivation skills;

o Systematic, critical and logical thinking;
