Qualifications

  • Solid experience as a people manager leading teams with large number of members
  • Experience as a QA Lead, leading manual & automation teams
  • Test Planning, Requirement Analysis, Design & Execution - 12+ years
  • People management & team leadership - 5+ years
  • Manual testing for UI, API - 12+ years
  • Defect life cycle understanding - 12+ years
  • Proficiency in QA Agile delivery - 12+ years
  • Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, or Azure DevOps)
