Responsibilities / Tasks

  • Act as the central point of contact for all testing activities within GEA IT, coordinating with Business Leads on tester allocation and scope.

  • Ensure full test readiness by aligning stakeholders, preparing systems, data, access, and test management tools, and involving all required support teams.

  • Coordinate with the TOSCA team for test automation integration where applicable.

  • Manage daily test execution reporting by sharing metrics and progress with stakeholders.

  • Lead defect management through scheduling triage calls, analyzing issues, and driving timely resolutions.

  • Promote continuous improvement through best practices, training, documentation, coaching, capturing lessons learned, and ensuring test results move to Production accurately.
