Role: Test Manager
Position Type: Full-Time Contract (40hrs/week)
Contract Duration: 3 Months+ (with a possibility of extension)
Work Hours: US Time
Work Schedule: 8 hours/day (Mon-Fri)
Location: 100% Remote (Candidates can work from anywhere in Brazil)
The Test Manager is responsible for driving consistent, high-quality testing practices across multiple projects. The role ensures a unified governance model, aligned methodologies, and predictable delivery outcomes.
This position owns end-to-end testing oversight, including strategy execution, resource management, stakeholder coordination, risk management, and progress reporting. The Test Manager plans, controls, and continuously improves testing activities to ensure that software and integrated systems meet defined quality standards prior to release.
