Job Description
We are looking for a highly experienced Tosca Certified Automation Architect with a strong background in large-scale SAP test automation. The ideal candidate will play a key role in defining automation strategy, architecting robust test frameworks, and driving intelligent test automation using Tricentis Tosca’s AI/ML capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Design, architect, and implement end-to-end SAP test automation frameworks using Tricentis Tosca
Lead and scale enterprise-level automation initiatives across complex SAP landscapes
Leverage AI/ML-based features in Tosca to optimize test coverage, maintenance, and execution
Define automation standards, best practices, and governance models
Integrate performance testing using Neo Load and align functional and non-functional testing strategies
Collaborate with QA, Dev Ops, SAP functional teams, and business stakeholders
Mentor automation engineers and provide technical leadership
Support CI/CD pipelines and continuous testing initiatives
Required Skills & Qualifications
15+ years of overall experience in software testing and quality engineering
Tosca Certified Architect (mandatory)
Proven experience designing and implementing large-scale SAP automation solutions
Strong hands-on expertise with Tricentis Tosca (SAP GUI, Fiori, API, Web)
In-depth knowledge of AI/ML-driven capabilities within Tosca
Solid experience with Neo Load for performance testing
Strong understanding of test automation frameworks, CI/CD, and Dev Ops practices
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
Nice to Have
Experience in large enterprise or global transformation programs
Exposure to SAP S/4 HANA migration or rollout projects
Performance and scalability testing strategy experience.
