Test Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop the optimum test strategy to maximize the test coverage by considering product request and manufacturers capabilities.
• Define testing and testability rules of ICT, FCT and Debug.
• Technical Challenges identification and tracking, and focus to closure
• Testing equipment maintenance plan, follow up and spare parts management
• Talent acquiring, Talent retention and internal bringing up of Talent.
• Establish clear and measurable goals by which to determine individual and team results. Drive individuals to continuously improve in key operational metrics.
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction
• Explore new technology trends in the industry. Encourage the exploration, experimentation, and implementation of new technology by members of the organization.
• Sustaining the test Engineering team with a cross functional experience.
