Job Description
The Test Lead / QA Lead is responsible for planning and leading all testing activities for an SAP migration , including validation-required testing in a regulated environment.
Start date: ASAP
Location: Fully remote, India
Workload: 40 hour/week
Duration: 6 months + extensions
Type: Contract, b2b/freelance
Key Responsibilities:
Define and manage the overall test strategy, test plan, and test scripts
Lead all test phases: SIT, UAT, regression, and performance testing
Coordinate business testers and offshore test teams
Track defects, test progress, and readiness metrics
Manage defect triage and resolution with project teams
Lead testing activities during cutover and hypercare
Ensure testing meets pharma and validated system requirements
Required Skills & Experience:
Hands-on SAP testing leadership experience
Strong test planning, documentation, and execution skills
Ability to lead cross-functional and offshore teams
Must have:
Experience working in pharma or life sciences with validated systems
