Job Description
Purpose Statement: Responsible for operating production test equipment, troubleshoot and repair defective products, maintain test equipment, monitor test performance and yield information, and provide technical support to other focus factory personnel.
Key Job Accountabilities:
- Identify and review failure trend information and support/implement solutions with the Test, Manufacturing, and/or Quality Engineer team to improve the product yield through the test process. Drive defect information to other test and inspection points to capture earlier in the process.
- Actively listen and respond to the needs of internal customers, actively participate as a member of the sector team in order to support external customer satisfaction. Contribute to the sector team by providing the technical leadership at the product level, utilizing strong communication skills to secure optimal effectiveness in all aspects of the testing area.
