Test Technician, Information Technology

We are seeking an experienced IT professional to join our Service Delivery team with a specialized focus on supporting test operations. This position is highly technical and hands-on, combining traditional service delivery responsibilities with advanced networking, infrastructure troubleshooting, and low-voltage physical layer work in mission-critical environments. 

The Test Technician, Information Technology role will serve as a primary technical resource bridging our corporate IT infrastructure and engineering test operations, ensuring systems are connected, networks are stable, hardware is reliable, and the underlying infrastructure is built and maintained to a high standard. This role requires both breadth and depth of technical knowledge, strong field skills, and the ability to support critical operations with minimal supervision.
