We have an outstanding career for opportunity for a Test Technicianto join a leading Company located in theWaukesha, WI surrounding area.
Primary duties will be to perform various tests listed below on large Power Transformers complying with IEEE standards and HV Safety protocols per NFPA70E including Lockout-Tagout (LOTO) and Fall protection while working at heights.
Job Responsibilities:
+ Interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams to test, troubleshoot, and resolve wiring errors in electrical components.
+ Perform high-voltage testing and maintenance on heavy electrical equipment, such as transformers and switch gears .
+ Perform comprehensive pre-test verification and testing of control wiring and instrumentation, following schematics, test procedures (TPs), test standard operating procedures (TSOPs), and device manuals. Set and program electronic and PLC-based instrumentation, troubleshoot...
